HOW TO INVEST MORE EFFECTIVELY
The best way to invest, in my opinion, is to invest in equities that have good experienced management and good balance sheets with free cash-flow that can adequately service the debt levels at all stages of the economic cycle and that are growing organically and/or by prudent acquisition. Ideally these securities should be paying increasing annual dividends. Buy these securities when they are giving a Long Term Buy signal using the “Marc Belnick’s Bullish-Buy” signal, (available as an Add-on this websites Home Page) and sell half of these securities when they have doubled in value, so you effectively have a “free investment”. If these securities are cyclical in nature and will lose most of their value from peak to trough of the next downward cycle then you may wish to sell these securities or “hedge” the securities during the bear market phase when the ” Marc Belnick’s Long Term Trend Status” switches from Bullish to Bearish until the next bull market phase begins. Securities that are listed in a bull market and make life time new highs or multi-year new highs can also perform well, in addition to analyzing securities with the best relative strength in their industry and the industry in turn is performing well compared to the overall market. Buy these securities when the ” Marc Belnick’s Long Term Buy Signal” is given.
If short selling securities, look to short sell securities that are making multi-year lows (when the “Marc Belnick’s Wealth Accumulation Trading System” Long Term Short-Sale signal is given) in addition to looking for securities with a poor relative strength in an industry which has a poor relative strength compared to the overall market, sell short when the Marc Belnick’s Long Term Short-Sale signal is given.
